There are two hotels in the nearby area. They are very close to the festival area and they are among the cheapest in town. If you want to have cheaper, you will have to look for hostels.

Hotell Kusten
Located about 100 meters from Chapmans Torg. It’s so close, you can almost see the festival area from the hotel.
The price for a double room is 750 SEK per night.

Spar Hotel
Located 200 meters from Chapmans Torg. It’s very easy to find, you just have to follow the road straight forward (in the right direction ;) ).
On their own web page a double room is 1000 SEK per night, but if you book your room through hotels.com a double room is 700 SEK right now (in february)…
