Terms for purchase of tickets
Your purchase can be cancelled until payment has been made. The Swedish laws regulate the terms of trade, and regarding tickets for events - no returns are possible, and we cannot buy any tickets back after purchasing a ticket. The Customer will therefore be tied to his or her purchase after sending the payment.
Loss of ticket will not be replaced, but you can with receipt of purchase, alternatively extract from you bank account - proove your purchase. With any of these you are of course welcome to the event for which you purchased tickets.
Service- and distribution fees
Service fees does not apply to tickets purchased at our web site.
Personal use
Tickets may only be purchased for personal use, and may not be used in commercial purposes. Retailing (dealing) or the suspicion of the same - to a higher price than at the web page, gives Bachata Sweden the right to obliterate the ticket(s).

Bachata Sweden reserve the right to obliterate purchases made by the customer, and without further notice ban the customer from the web sites www.bachata.se and www.bachatafestival.se if the customer doesn't leave correct information about himself, or break any terms set for the purchase of the tickets. This also applies if the customer purchases more tickets than allowed to, or if the customer retails purchased tickets to a higher price than the advertised ticket prices
Cancelled event
The customer is responsible for checking whether the event has been cancelled or moved. If the event has been moved or cancelled, the customer should immediately contact Bachata Sweden (info@bachata.se), who are responsible for any returns of purchased tickets. If service and/or distribution fees have been paid, these will not be returned if an event is cancelled.
Personal information and consent
Bachata Sweden does not store any history of purchases or personal information that the customer leaves during a purchase.
When purchasing a ticket via www.bachata.se or www.bachatafestival.se - the customer will automatically be signed up for the Bachata Sweden newsletter that is distributed 1-3 times per month - with information that could involve the event that the customer purchased ticket(s) to.
By approving these terms, the customer gives his consent for Bachata Sweden to store the customers e-mail address and treat this information for the purposes stated above.
Right to changes
Bachata Sweden have the right to make changes at any given time, add or withdraw information or material in the Service, and to limit the entrance to the Service without further notice. Bachata Sweden have the right to change the terms for the use of the Service and the content of the Services at any given time.

Bachata Sweden have no responsability for other web pages than www.bachata.se and www.bachatafestival.se.
Right to returns
A purchased ticket can never be returned or replaced. The swedish law "Distansavtalslagen" does NOT apply for tickets to events.
Reservation stop!
If the reservation for an event is close to the current date, the organizer may stop the possibility to reserve or buy tickets at www.bachata.se and www.bachatafestival.se. Revervations may then be made via telephone (+46 734 400 800) or through purchasing the ticket by the door.
Terms for credit card payments
The credit card used for purchasing the ticket at www.bachata.se or www.bachatafestival.se has to be shown together with your ID when you collect the ticket(s). That means that you will have to use a credit card in your name.
Reservations from other countries
If you don't live in Sweden, you may purchase your ticket(s) via www.bachata.se or www.bachatafestival.se. The payment is done with credit card at the time of ticket reservation. If you cannot reserve (purchase) your ticket online - please call us at +46 734 400 800.
Collect prepaid tickets - credit card payment
You will have to state reservation number and show the bank/credit card used when purchasing the ticket(s) along with your ID. If the name on the credit card and your ID does not match - ticket's may not be collected. These routines have been applied to increase the security when using credit card for purchasing tickets over the Internet. Prepaid tickets can be collected until the start of the event.
Type of payment - General information
By the time of the reservation, the type of payment that can be used is shown. These are; cash, direct payment (bank), credit or debit card, and plusgiro/bankgiro (only for local residents).
Credit card payments
We provide security when purchasing with credit cards through our partner DebiTech (DIBS). Your card information is never sent from our server, and never saved IN our server. The payment is made through a specific security server hosted at DebiTech site. The money will be transfered from your account as soon as you've approved the purchase. The following cards may be used for purchases via our web sites:
- Credit cards or Debit cards
- VISA and Mastercard
You will have to state card number, valid to, and the CVC code.
Instructions on how to pay with cards is described when chosing that type of payment at purchase.
Problems during credit card payment
- Many workplaces uses firewalls and does not allow connections to some bank services.
- Mac-users with Explorer 5 cannot use DebiTechs payment services. You need to download another browser.
- The security settings in Internet Explorer might be set to HIGH.
